I couldn’t leave out any other unicorn loving children so I’ve released the onesie crochet pattern for ages 2-10 years old. Unicorn kids onesie description
The unicorn kids onesie pyjamas are warm and cosy made using Aran (#4) yarn. The hooded onesie comes in 8 kids sizes for children aged 2-10 years. The onesie is decorated with unicorns ears, cone, mane and flowers. The jumpsuit makes a great dress up costume or sleepsuit. How to crochet a onesie for kids
The unicorn kids onesie crochet pattern is easy skill level. You will need to know all your basic crochet stiches as well as knowing how to work into front and back loops. You’ll also need to know how to increase and decrease. The kids onesie is made in one-piece and the unicorn accessories and buttons are sew on at the end. Overall its a very fun and easy crochet pattern. The pattern includes sizes for ages 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, and 9-10 years. As all children are different there’s also helpful tips throughout the pattern to tell you how to alter the length of the torso, legs and sleeves if you need to. To make the unicorn kids onesie I used Aran (weight 4) yarn and a I used a 5mm crochet hook. Completing your gauge swatch is essential for this project. Being just a row or a stitch out will result in your onesie not fitting. After you complete your gauge swatch adjust your hooks size if you need to. I also recommend checking your gauge on the sleepsuit after you complete each section to ensure your tension is consistent.
