Thanks for checking out my Tiny Christmas Stocking free crochet pattern! I originally made this stocking as part of my crochet dollhouse collection. I quickly realised that it’s the perfect size for a Christmas tree ornament too! This crochet Christmas stocking measures just 6cm tall and 4cm wide. It really is tiny! It’s great for making use of leftover yarn too. They work up really quickly so you could easily make a few for friends and family or even craft fairs. A few uses for the tiny Christmas stocking could be a craft embellishment, a doll accessory, a Christmas ornament.
How to crochet a tiny Christmas stocking
To make the tiny Christmas stocking I used a 3.5mm crochet hook and DK (weight 3) yarn in red and cream. The crochet pattern is beginner friendly and you’ll need to know basic crochet stitches as well as know how to increase, decrease and be able to work in the back loop. The stocking is worked in one piece and no sewing is necessary.
